When my water heater started leaking, causing water to leak into my downstairs neighbors unit I called multiple plumbing companies and none of them compared to the knowledge and service I received from Mike. He was at my unit first thing in the morning the next day and had the whole job done before noon! He went above and beyond, replacing the water heater itself on top of installing a new vent, gas valve, earth quake straps, drip pan, etc. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and was sure to explain everything every step of the way. He was also the only person I spoke to when calling around in the first place to give me an actual quote (which stayed the same the whole time, no hidden fees!) and even walked my slightly panicking self through how to shut off the water to the tank over the phone to help prevent more leaking! Overall I couldn’t recommend Primo Plumbing enough. Definitely have made me a returning customer for any plumbing work going forward!

This guy is awesome. I called around to several plumbers who wanted to charge a lot for a simple issue. Not only was he willing to come out on his day off but he gave me suggestions over the phone to correct the issue on my own. I was able to address the issue on my own thanks to him. I have his number saved in my phone and he will be my go to plumber. I wanted to pay him at least 30 bucks for his help over the phone but he turned me down. 11/10.

Mike was great and very responsive to our needs of no hot water heater for 8 days since we moved into our new home. Within 4 hours we had an American made water heater guaranteed to last for 10 years. Very reasonably priced, also. Thank you Mike and Primo plumbing! We will definitely call them again.

Mike replaced our water heater plus updated the valves and lines to current safety codes. He did excellent work and I would recommend to any home owner searching for a quality plumber in the area.

Beverly Breneman I feel so fortunate to have run into Mike at Primo Plumbing His was the third estimate I received It was by far, the only honest , transparent, as welllf and all the parts ; Nevertheless ",A _______ plumbing" estimate was "about $3500" for labor only. " C_____ Plumbing " was $2300. Answers to questions about a price breakdown were vague and evasive. ...Mike,on the other hand, was very prompt and clear with his estimate. Moreover he went " beyond expectations " by explaining the different water heater functions; and also took the time to check for a gas leak. His honesty and fair pricing is really appreciated; we will be sure to use his services for any future Plumbing problems.
